Consultation:
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your photography needs in detail. This consultation can be done in person, over the phone, or via video conference. During the consultation, we'll review your project goals, answer your questions, and provide you with a customized quote.
Booking Confirmation:
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total package price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
